David at reception was kind. The cleaning staff was also VERY sweet EVERY time I saw them. I found the processes of check-in and check-out smooth. The drink station offered complimentary water and some great coffee.

Syed and Clinton were VERY helpful. They assisted me with several things . The location felt nice. I appreciate the kind assistance given by the staff, particularly in helping a foreigner navigate unfamiliar situations. Their support was invaluable to me.
the air conditioning was not great, it was difficult to regulate the room temperature to a comfortable level.

the staff were very helpful, answering all my questions efficiently. i found the location very convenient, near public transit (made exploring easy). the room was clean, which i always appreciate and expect.
The room lacked storage. I missed having a designated space for my suitcase or clothes. (it felt a bit cramped)

the room was clean upon arrival. check in and check out was super easy. staff were nice. the location is great because it is near local shops.
the air conditioning seemed to always be on warm. it was impossible to adjust the temperature, which wasn't nice. our room had a window, but it didnt open.

the reception features a vending machine plus a coffee machine. a water dispenser is available with still, cold and sparkling options. it is very useful to refill water bottles before going outside.

The hotel is in a convenient location. Nice restaurants are nearby and some shops are a short walk (i didn't need to travel far for anything). The wifi was also very good.
The room was tight and small. There was hardly any space to move, even for a solo traveler, and there was no storage in the room (where was i supposed to put my stuff?). The bed mattress was very hard and uncomfortable.
